The above prices are :
1) Nett prices to the customer
2) Prices are ex- silvassa factory basis
3) Transportation from Silvassa factory / Bhiwandi godown ( slim tiles ) to site will be extra as applicable
4) 18% IGST will be all extra as applicable
5) Unloading at site to be arranged by the buyer
6) Payment : strictly 100% in advance before dispatch . 50% advance upon order confirmation & balance full payment before dispatch
7) Material is subject to availability and on 1st come 1st served basis .
8) Transit insurance has to be covered by the customer and all transit risk to the buyer’s account
9) Once the goods are dispatched , no complaints , claims or goods return will be accepted by the company .
10) In Slim Tiles the client will have to buy the entire qty of each colour as available in that colour pallet
