What is WeProcure?

CREDAI MCHI - WEPROCURE is a procurement Portal & mobile application. An initiative to bring together the demand and supply of construction material Industry. With WeProcure, CREDAI-MCHI aims to facilitate proper communication and encourage business between the Real Estate Developers, Allied Industry and their Procurement team.

What is CREDAI-MCHI?

CREDAI-MCHI is an apex body consisting of members from the Real Estate Industry among Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). It is the most prominent and the only recognized body of Real Estate Developers in Mumbai and MMR. We bring together members dealing in Real Estate Development on one common platform to address various issues facing the Industry. With a strong Membership of over 1400 leading Developers in Mumbai, CREDAI-MCHI has expanded across MMR, having its own units in the region of Thane, Kalyan-Dombivli, Mira-Virar, Raigad and Navi Mumbai. CREDAI-MCHI is recognized by Government of Maharashtra and the Central Government and helps in meeting their objectives of providing housing, which is a basic necessity.

How you can register on portal?

  • 1. Click on “Login/Signup” from the top bar of Home Page.
  • 2. Open the ‘Register’ popup from Login page.
  • 3. Select your profile.
  • 4. Enter all the mandate details and submit.
  • 5. MCHI Team will verify the details and provide you the login credentials.

    • Can I sell on WeProcure?

    The Portal will help you reach the decision maker online where through digitalize you list your Brands & Products. The Procurement Directors will share their requirements with you & you can chat with them online, share contacts & close the deal. It only creates a platform for Sellers & Buyers to meet on the requirement, interact & share quotations.

    Who can list on WeProcure?

    Any Brand associated with Developers can register on WeProcure portal Example - Building Material, Service Providers, Ancillary Industry etc.
